RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel an order as long as it hasn't been shipped or entered production yet. If we receive and approve your cancellation request during this window, we'll issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

Once an order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may look into the return options described below, where they apply.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible products. You can start a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item needs to be unused, in its original condition, and sent back with the original packaging. We'll also need proof of purchase—such as an order confirmation or receipt—to move forward with your return.

Please don't send items back to the manufacturer directly. Instead, reach out to our customer service team first so we can provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

You won't be charged more than one shipping fee for a return. We don't apply restocking fees to returns that are approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm the status of your return request.

If your return is approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method. We generally complete this within 7 days after approval. How long it takes for the funds to actually show up in your account depends on your payment provider or bank, so that part may vary.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you've received our confirmation that the refund was processed but still don't see it, start by double-checking your bank account records.

It's also worth contacting your credit card company, since posting times can differ. If it's still not there, reach out to your bank—some institutions need extra processing time before the transaction appears.
