Shipping Policy

We handle and ship orders to destinations worldwide. From the moment you check out, your order moves through verification, quality inspection, and packaging before it leaves our hands. We usually send orders to our fulfillment center within 48 hours of purchase, and the overall preparation phase typically takes 2 to 7 business days before the carrier collects the package.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery breaks down into two parts: the time we spend getting your order ready, plus the time the carrier spends moving it to your door.

For international deliveries to countries such as Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Argentina, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, and other locations, the typical timelines are:

Order handling: 2 to 7 business days

Shipping transit: 7 to 15 business days

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, packages arrive later than expected. Severe weather, public holidays, customs inspections, transport disruptions, local regulations, or other outside factors can all push back the schedule.

International shipments may also face extra waiting time at customs, or delays stemming from carrier limitations and country-specific import policies. Because of this, the actual arrival date may differ from the estimates above, and we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery day.
