SHOPDROBE initiates order processing within 48 hours of purchase. This is the window between your checkout confirmation and dispatch to our fulfillment center. We own this step entirely — no third parties are involved, and no exceptions apply.
What Happens While It’s Being Prepared
From order placement to carrier pickup, SHOPDROBE handles every stage: verification, quality inspection, packaging, and label generation. This full preparation cycle takes 2 to 7 business days. Timing remains consistent regardless of destination or product type — we do not differentiate based on order size, value, or category.
How It Travels to You
Once the carrier collects your package, transit time depends on geography and service tier. For international deliveries to Russia, Brazil, Israel, Japan, Chile, Mexico, Ukraine, India, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Argentina, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, the United Arab Emirates, and other locations, carriers typically deliver within 7 to 15 business days. SHOPDROBE does not select, manage, or control the carrier during this phase — timing rests solely with the shipping provider.
Why Timing Can Shift — And Who’s Responsible
Delays can occur after carrier handoff due to factors outside SHOPDROBE’s operational scope. These include severe weather, public holidays, customs inspections, transport disruptions, local regulations, carrier limitations, and country-specific import policies. None of these fall under our authority or influence. While we control every step up to carrier handoff, delivery timing after that depends on forces beyond our reach — including customs, national holidays, and carrier networks. SHOPDROBE does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
